"I give My State Farm agent Crystal Johnson’s office a 5 star 💫 rating I called Friday after on June 7th it was already 5pm and they were closing, Monica was the one who answered the phone she displayed excellent customer service and she went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions about my claim that I filed because of the hail storm. Monica stayed late after work to assist me on the phone with all of my concerns and questions about my claim and how to go about everything. She was exceptional and I am forever grateful and thankful that I have State Farm as my insurance company they have worked with me and saved me money. Thank you 🙏 Monica for all that you did for me on the phone that Friday evening and I’m even going to save money on my insurance. I am so blessed 😇 to have you guys as my agent out in Odessa, Texas.
